The inaugural Great American Festival, taking place at the National Harbor waterfront pavilion, deck, piers and beach on June 30.  The National FreedomFest and Lindy's Uncle Sam Jam are combining forces to bring Washingtonians the Festival, a day-long music and food extravaganza.
